Campfire's In Darkfall

Campfires are one of the recent additions to DarkFall. I happened to see this one infront of the bank. In my opinion they seem good for crafting food on the go, but I would rather just bring enough food for me in the first place and do my cooking at a proper station. That's just me however. And this WOULD help if you were really out in the middle of nowhere and needed to make some food badly.

Continuing the Dark Fall adventure

As I mentioned yesterday, in DarkFall I have been journeying further south into the Alfar lands. I no longer had a base of operations in the elf lands and so I need to find a refuge in my homeland.

Well I'm here! I made it! I don't have any pictures of the journey down here, as it was fairly uneventful (other then being killed twice... but things happen so fast it's hard to document) but here I am in Sorgom, the Alfar city!

Sorgum will be my new place of resource and refuge, a starting point for my adventures over the next month or so. I still plan to re-join 420 before too long, but this will be a great place to train myself.


Ahhh the bank... always a crowd gathered in a place like this!

Gnome Powah!

I just had to. They are so cute, and their dances are so cool. And you know me, I love making new characters and exploring new places from a newbies point of view. It's just what I do! I made my gnome a warlock, because there is some high level warlock armor that I think would look really good on my gnome dude.

Yup, that's a gnome with a plan! Notice I didn't make a girl gnome... god they are ugly.

OK, this isn't a picture of my gnome, actually it is a shot of Rulero my bank alt. I just found this team of bots sitting outside the bank somewhat interesting.

Ahhh, and the best thing Gnome's have going for them is their racial mount! How cool is riding on a mech??

Say hello to Ultima Online!

Hehe just today I accidentally logged into the wrong private Ultima Online server! Here is a screen of what I saw at the britan bank:Ok I just want to point out the etheral horses, the purple llamas, and the other crazy colors. This is NOT the UO I want to play! XD See the server I actually play on is called Online Ultima and its running the Ultima Online before the expansions mucked it up.

But unfortunately it usually ends up just looking like this.

However, even if it doesn't have all that crazy !#$% Online Ultima is not without its events and unique kind of fun! Here I am in an event where the players are split into two teams and the winning team gets a reward.
Ultima Online is a very special game and will always have a place in my heart. :) It's a shame I didn't have this blog back in the day when I played nothing but UO. I really had some good times then. Needless to say.. it's good the be back in the land of Sosaria!PS: OnlineUltima.com has all the elements that make UO a classic and the best PvP in any MMO. (Full body loot, stealing, killing anyone anywhere, etc. etc.) UO has done many things that no other MMO has yet to duplicate which makes it very special. Ultima Online has more in common with EvE then it does Vanguard. (Well, maby)
