I knew it would happen, did you?

Yes that's right, I'm back playing Lineage 2 again! I don't really have much else to say, but I (of course) do have a couple pictures to show you.

Fighting in Talking Island

Well, I have made one major change in my L2 career already. I decided to drop the Kamael. She was pretty and stuff, and I didn't hate the whole fencing-thing. (I have fenced in real-life for a number of years) but in the end she just wasn't the right fit for me. In Lineage 2 getting the right character is an important step. With leveling being what it is, you just don't have the time to make a gazillion alts like you do in other games. (Though of course I make a gazillion alts and different characters anyways.)

So you will see in the pictures below that I have deleted my Kamael so that I could use the name on a different character.

Smack! Human Females aren't for everyone, but I really like them. I think it's the animation I like most about human females in Lineage.

Crack!

Wohooo!

First Things First (Back to Lineage 2)

Well, I have made my first character in Lineage 2. (Again) This time she is CowNoseTheKitty a human warrior. I am going to make her into a Treasure Hunter.

Hey, we all have to start somewhere.

WoW continues (back from vacation!)

Well, I'm not really back from vacation. I am now here in Alabama visiting with my grandparents, and I'm stealing internet from one of their neighbors. (Hey back at home I keep my own internet unencrypted so others can do the same, it's no big deal). I must admit, I have gotten pretty behind on the blog. I have sooo many pictures piled up to show you (and they are good ones, otherwise I would have deleted them by now.)

I really thought I was going to have to fight this guy, but nope, he was really rather friendly and just cared for this swamp. I was more than happy to help him out.

What you see behind me, is actually tunnels through the mountain that lead from the dwarf lands to the swamp. (I think) Cool tree!
The dwarfs have shifted from manufacturing, to archeology! Cool lore!
When you die in the World of Warcraft you end up here, in the spirit world.

OK that is some gross armor.
Hehe, I haven't posted one of these in awhile. This is a good one!

A sunset, boobies (cough I mean a nice outfit), and more dwarf city!

Well, this is one of those blogs that doesn't really tell a story or even go to a specific location. It's really just all over the place, so lets just get into it caus I got some great screens!

The tram to the dwarf city. It was hard to get a good shot of it, but this one is adequate.

Looking back on it, that mask makes me look really stupid. But this is a good shot of that dwarf guy outside the entrance to the dwarf city!

Aww, my squirrel loves me.

Damn! O.O I have nothing more to say. XD

Hmm you know, I think this is a sunrise not a sunset. It looks great.

What have I done!?! WHAT HAVE I DONE!!! (WoW)

I don't know how. I don't know why. But I have done it, finally, I have succumbed to the beast. Yes that's right ladies and gentlemen: I am playing World of Warcraft!!

Actually, I do know how. It all started with a dream. I was an undead warlock. And... that's about it. But that dream stuck with me! And it bugged me for weeks and weeks, and I couldn't stand it until I downloaded the trial and I played that undead warlock I so dreamed about.

Little did I know... how fun WoW is! And really, that is why I am playing now and probably will continue to play (remember though, I can't stay in one place long nor am I a one MMO man) for the foreseeable future.

That is the biggest reason why I have now chosen WoW over EQ2: it's simply more fun. I like how my characters move and control, I love the style and the color. I honestly never ever thought I could enjoy WoW and I must admit that I have been very judgmental about the game, without having actually tried it.
There he is, my undead warlock.
Good thing I don't have any nasal functionality left, so I can't smell this guy.Summoning my first minion.
Sadly however, my all time favourite guild the New Outriders plays alliance. And this game is just so much more fun with some reliable and friendly people, so I made a night elf to join them. (I actually have made multiple night elfs, so don't freak out if you see her hair change or something, but in the end I stuck with one)
Not unique to WoW, but still cool, is some great looking armor. Nice tentacle staff buddy! (It wiggles hehe, it's awesome)Here you can see Cownose my human mage. Aint' she somethin? I like her, but anyways, look at this outhouse! Now that is hilarious. I always wondered how these virtual characters did their business, finally we have a reasonable explanation.
Like any good MMO, WoW has castles. Lots of castles. Ok probably not as many as Dark Age of Camelot but yeah they are around.Back in the Night Elf lands, I ran into this ent guy. Looking good! I like that color.I'm not sure if I'm supposed to bathe in here, I think this waters are sacred or something. Oh well. These spiders are coool!
Just to check out their starting area, I made a troll. Needless to say, I like it!
Undead horse mount, good stuff, good stuff.A sexy blood elf doing her thing.
These imps are pretty cool. In the end the warlock class was not my cup of tea, but they have style in what they can summon.
And finally, I just love this picture of the night elf starting area. It really gives you a good impression of what the forest is like and the color.

Hawkeye!

I have completed my class change quest and am now a level 50 Hawkeye! Here are some pictures of my adventures on the way there.

Here I am talking to a Dark Elf.
And talking to a human.
I just love this picture. ^^
Just a bee. :P Big one though!

And finally... after a long class change, I became a Hawkeye! I bought some Theca armor, some jewels, and a Dark Screamer! Why did I get a dagger instead of a bow? Because the top lux bow sucks and I can actually do better with a dagger at this stage of the game. OK let me explain that a bit more for those of you who don't understand. In Lineage 2 you can only buy no-grade and d-grade weapons from NPCs. However you can trade with some npcs for a limited # of C grade weapons, armor, and jewlry. Instead of paying in adena, the C grade costs crystals. Crystals... well thats a whole nother story. :P But to sum it up, castles in Lineage 2 make crystals. So a clan that owns a castle will have a great source of income.

Well, how did I afford all this C grade gear? I bet you can guess...
Yup! Good ol' CowNoseTheFatCat.

This weapon is called a Tarbar.
Heh, I have never seen a whole group ding like this.

Urban Dead special!

Ugh, okay first off just a wee bit 'o real-life news. I just moved to a new house! Heh... I bet you can guess what the first thing I unpacked was! Okay the low-down on the new house: the neighborhood is worse, but the house itself is better. A reasonable compromise I think. And honestly the neighborhood is not that bad its just a lot of poor mexican families. They are just that, families not drug dealers or gangs. Hey... I feel safe walking down the street thats good enough right!

I'm going to be bringing some new content into the blog, and that is bringing you my adventures from the free web-based MMOs I play. I wasn't so sure about telling you guys what I have been up to in these games... but I was thinking, "Hey, they are MMOs so why not?"

For the past... oh half a year I have been playing a free web-based MMORPG called Urban Dead.

Urban Dead is what I call an action-point(AP) game. Every half an hour you get 1 action point, with a maximum of 50 APs. You use action-points to do everything... to move to another building, search for supplies, talk to people, attack things, construct barricades, etc. etc.

Well the setting of Urban Dead is the reason why I love it so much. It is a zombie MMO! There is nothing like it. Its a great never ending conflict between zombies and humans.

Zombies have all kinds of skills they can get by spending experience points they find by killing humans or bashing down barricades.

Humans can get skills in other more interesting ways... healing people, etc.

Well since I first started playing this game I have been a zombie. I love to just bash down some barricades and let my zombies brothers inside to tear things apart and eat the yummy crunchy humans inside. Its just so satisfying when you kill a human, or drag them outside the building alive to give them to weaker zombies outside. I also take particular delight in letting out a huge groan when I see a human to alert my fellow zombies to the meal.

Urban Dead has a nice simple interface. There are no pretty pictures but its clean and to the point... especially nice that it does not have any glaring adds.

Well... I better get back to unpacking I really am just procrastinating and a blog seemed like the perfect excuse.

PS: The screenshot above it my zombie being revived! This means I'm a human again... which means I can get ammo, and sneak into barricaded buildings, and then kill everyone inside.
